Registration Process for Conference Attendees

  1. Complete the Registration Form
    Fill out the official registration form to enroll as an attendee of the conference.
  2. Payment and Proof Submission
    After completing the registration form, proceed with the payment of the corresponding registration fee.
    Once the payment is made, you must upload the proof of payment through the society’s website.
    Please note that this step requires an active user account, and you must be logged in to complete the submission.
  3. Mandatory Registration for All Participants
    Please note that all participants are required to register as attendees, regardless of whether they have submitted an abstract.
    This registration is necessary to generate and provide the official conference materials.
